an invitation to His Excellency Natthaphon Narkphanit, the Acting Minister of

The invitation
letter states, "In reference to the subject mentioned above, as the
Chairman of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee, I would like to
inform Your Excellency, the Acting Minister, that the Kingdom of Cambodia will
host a Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC) on August 04,
2025, in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. Therefore, I would like to invite
Your Excellency, the Acting Minister, to co-chair this special meeting and to

- 1: An immediate and unconditional
ceasefire, effective
at 24:00 on July 28, 2025. This is a significant step towards
de-escalating tensions and restoring peace and security.
- 2: An informal meeting at the
military region commander level (for
the Thai side, the 1st and 2nd Army Regions, and for the Cambodian side,
the 4th and 5th Military Regions) will be held at 07:00 on July 29, 2025.
This will be followed by a meeting with military attachés, led by the
ASEAN Chair, if both sides agree.
- 3: A meeting of the
Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) will be held on August 4,
2025, with Cambodia as the host nation.
